To test your password protection, sign out and then click your browser's Refresh button. (As the Doc Review administrator, you'll never need to type the password as long as you're signed in.)
You'll of course need to inform your group of the password by whatever means you prefer.

| Multi-page reviews | Make large Doc Reviews much more manageable: easily split your Doc Review into several pages with easy navigation between all pages. No extra work on your part: just upload the document. More details Details: You can use section breaks in your Microsoft Word document (or special markings in any HTML document) to split your Doc Review into several pages that share one common comment forum, with easy navigation between all pages. This is helpful for reviewing long documents, so the entire document doesn't need to reload in your reviewer's browser each time they post a comment.
To use this feature, before you upload your document, do the following using Microsoft Word 2000 or later: Whereever you want a page break, insert a section break by clicking Insert => Break..., and under Section break types, select Next page. The save the document as HTML and upload it to Quick Doc Review as usual. If you use an earlier version of Word or any other means to create your HTML file, you can get the same effect by inserting the text "qtpb" (without the quotes) on a line by itself whereever you want a page break in your document.

Prevent annoying messages
 | If you're ever bothered by someone who posts annoying messages, you'll be able to view the IP address from which each message was posted. You can choose to completely ban further messages from being posted from IP addresses you select. Or you can put those IP addresses into "moderated" mode, wherein you review each message and explicitly approve it before it's posted to your board. |
Optionally require sign-in | You can optionally require that your readers sign in before posting a message. This prevents users from impersonating each other, because each user must have a unique sign-in name. This feature has a side effect of preventing posting by email. |
| View subscriber list | View the list of email addresses for people subscribed to get email.* Note:In support of our privacy policy, this is only available for topics without current subscribers. However, we make it easy for you to unsubscribe everyone and turn this feature on, and for them to re-subscribe. With this feature enabled, before someone subscribes they'll see a notice that you'll be able to see their email address. |
Pictures!
 | Allow participants to upload images (.jpg, .gif, .png files) as part of posts.* We automatically resize each uploaded image, if needed, to 500x500 pixels for fast viewing. (The average file size is about 25K.) There's a 10 megabyte total size limit among all your topics, which on the average allows about 400 images! You can delete images or buy an Image Extension Pack to handle more. See our usage policy for guidelines on content. |
| Power message-delete | Keep your forums quick-loading by deleting old messages. You can delete large batches of messages at once by simply choosing a range of message numbers (no need to display and check off each message). |
| QuickThreadSM | This new feature can radically improve the way you use email with groups of people. QuickThreadSM lets you take any existing email conversation and, in one step, 'upgrade' it to a QuickTopic discussion, with everyone subscribed for email. It's the best way to handle those cumbersome group email discussions that can get lost in your email inbox. Learn more and try it free. |
